The breakfast at Icon Embassy was a luxurious highlight, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily accessible by metro or Uber. The interior design was beautiful, modern, and clean, just as shown in the photos. As a family with a 2-year-old, we felt comfortable and safe. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming at all times.
Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many famous landmarks. The great staff made our stay nice. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had.
We were given two single beds instead of the double bed we requested, made for an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. there was no small kettle or coffee machine in the room, so we couldn't make our own beverages.
